Mitra Sessions “How we're born matters. How we birth matters. Birth work matters.

I met Mitra whilst doing a reiki for birth workers course and having been so curious and called to energy work and workings my whole life I realised how valuable this is for birth. I realised I had been doing energy work with my clients without even realising it so then I was called to work on this more consciously with the workshops and training with Mitra.

A little about Mitra below

Every day in my energy healing office I work on people's in utero, birth and infancy experiences that are still impacting them as adults.

Knowing how much it can transform birthing experiences, I wanted to get Reiki into the hands of as many birth workers and partners as possible.

My absolute passion and mission is to have Reiki as standard care in the birth room. And to know babies, and parents, are embraced in an optimal environment for minimal interventions and a blissful birth.
